Expand description
The environment in which to do trait solving.
Most of the time you only need to care about the ParamEnv
as the TypingMode
is simply stored in the InferCtxt
.
However, there are some places which rely on trait solving
without using an InferCtxt
themselves. For these to be
able to use the trait system they have to be able to initialize
such an InferCtxt
with the right typing_mode
, so they need
to track both.
