Struct EpollReadyEvents

Source
pub struct EpollReadyEvents {

    pub epollhup: bool,
    pub epollerr: bool,
}
Expand description

EpollReadyEvents reflects the readiness of a file description.

Fields§

§epollin: bool

The associated file is available for read(2) operations, in the sense that a read will not block. (I.e., returning EOF is considered “ready”.)

§epollout: bool

The associated file is available for write(2) operations, in the sense that a write will not block.

§epollrdhup: bool

Stream socket peer closed connection, or shut down writing half of connection.

§epollhup: bool

For stream socket, this event merely indicates that the peer closed its end of the channel. Unlike epollrdhup, this should only be set when the stream is fully closed. epollrdhup also gets set when only the write half is closed, which is possible via shutdown(_, SHUT_WR).

§epollerr: bool

Error condition happened on the associated file descriptor.

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
