Enum NaWriteType

Source
pub enum NaWriteType {
    Allocate,
    Write,
    Retag,
    Deallocate,
}
Expand description

Type of a non-atomic write operation: allocating memory, non-atomic writes, and deallocating memory are all treated as writes for the purpose of the data-race detector.

Variants§

§

Allocate

Allocate memory.

§

Write

Standard unsynchronized write.

§

Retag

§

Deallocate

Deallocate memory. Note that when memory is deallocated first, later non-atomic accesses will be reported as use-after-free, not as data races. (Same for Allocate above.)

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
