Expand description

Converts a flattened iterator of tokens (including open and close delimiter tokens) into a sequence of TokenTree (appended to res), creating a TokenTree::Delimited for each matching pair of open and close delims. Any FlatToken::AttrsTarget element will only be appended if configure succeeds, and configure can also modify any such element.
